Roles and Responsibilities of Board Members
- Strategic Oversight: Set organizational goals, approve budgets, and monitor performance.
- Fiduciary Duty: Act in the best interest of the organization, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
- Policy Making: Establish policies that guide operations and decision-making.
- Leadership: Provide guidance to management and act as ambassadors for the organization.
