THE FOUR PILLARS:

CULTURE
Defining and creating firm, clear, and sustainable expectations of each other and our culture.

  • Culture is not something you do once or something that is static and just set by the leadership at the company – culture is a dynamic thing. Everyone has a role in contributing to the health or toxicity of the culture.

SELF
Leading others starts with leading ourselves first. Personal growth, confidence, and relationships are key to being a successful person and, thereby a successful leader.

SKILLS
Great cultures and great leaders are built and require time and repetition to become elite. We focus on building skills that many leaders haven’t gotten the chance to truly exercise and master.

  • Communication
  • Coaching
  • Leading Teams Through 1:1’s and Group Sessions
  • Thinking Beyond Your Chair – Effective Leadership

ACCOUNTABILITY
Measuring your work allows you to celebrate your wins better. Developing systems and accountability to evaluate and improve your culture, personal development, and skills is the overarching key to making all of the work we do stick.

SESSIONS FOR SDMHA

  • The Power of Culture
Every organization has a culture. We often say at Think 3D “A culture will emerge whether intended or not, but if it’s not one you invest in, it will certainly be one that you pay for.”
This course dives into the definition of organizational culture and its core elements and then takes attendees through a process by which to build the core elements and expectations of their own culture and also begin to action plan the next steps to building a great organizational culture.
  • Effective Communication (Part 1, POWER Coaching Method, Part 2)
Communication is typically one of the top three issues in any organization in terms of opportunities to build a better culture – despite being universally recognized as something critical to an organization's success. Our series includes two sessions that build baseline definitions of effective vs. ineffective communication, provide resources to learners on how to take better communication practices and train others, and also include our POWER Coaching Method. The POWER method is our single most effective tool for becoming a better communicator and leader.
  • Communication Workshop
The communication workshop is an open-gym-style session where we tackle all sorts of communication breakdowns and opportunities and put our skills learned in the Effective Communication and POWER sessions to practice in order to get real-time feedback and skill development with Think 3D.
  • Progress to Success (Conference Session)
Nothing of significance happens without intention. To achieve anything, whether at home, at work, or for yourself – you need to have a plan and the right perspective. In the “Progress to Success” session at the SDHMA Summit, we will dive into our process for looking within and reflecting on what’s holding you back from achieving your goals. We know that the single hardest person to hold accountable in the world is ourselves – which is why we created and practice the process of “Wants, Work, and Wins”. This session will tie together how we use the things we learned about culture, communication, and coaching to ultimately grow as people and leaders.

Brief Intro to Think 3D:

“At Think 3D Solutions, we believe that we can better the world by improving how people live by improving the way people work. We believe that there’s a better way.

Our vision is to redefine the expectations and definitions of community and workplace culture.

Our mission is simple; we exist to add value through creating and sustaining intentional cultures and developing solutions for people.

Our vision, mission, and name are based on the philosophy that a healthy culture has three dimensions: personal, professional, and potential.

Through the training and services we provide, we build “three-dimensional” organizational cultures by building the four pillars of culture, SELF (personal growth), skills, and accountability.”
