Brookings Education Sessions

If you own or manage residentail rental property in South Dakota these sessions are for you!  ONLY $60 for the entire day!

In the morning session we will go over Fair Housing and how to protect you, your staff, your property and suppliers.  In the afternoon session we will delve into the business side of rental properties, including legal, economics, planning, marketing and leasing.

Both sessions are approved for continuing education by the SD Real Estate Commission. 

• Fair Housing & Beyond: 4 Required CEC's. 
• Property Management Fundamentals: 3 Required CEC's.

During lunch, which will be provided for those that register, we will disucss local issues and concerns.
