Independent Rental Owners

Mission

Identify the unique needs of the Independent Rental Owner (IRO) and advise the board of directors on how the association can provide education, representation and services to improve the profitability and professionalism of the IRO.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the needs of the IRO to other committees

• Communicate with the IRO by submitting information for:
  • SDMHA Update Email (monthly email update)
  • Rental Review (bi-monthly newsletter)
