OSHA Issues COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Standard

You may have seen that OSHA released an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) mandating employers with 100 employees or more to require COVID-19 vaccinations or implement mandatory testing and mask wearing for unvaccinated employees.
