REQUIREMENTS:

To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:

Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
Meet all examination standards within six (6) months of declaring candidacy

SCHEDULE

(you MUST attend all sessions to obtain credentials)

Oct 10th 8 am - 10 am (virtual) CAM Orientation

October 11 - October 14: 8 am - 10 am each day (virtual) 4 sessions to include: Resident Experience; Industry Essentials and Marketing (five - 2 hr sessions)

October 19 - 21 (in person in Sioux Falls) sessions to include: Risk Management; Legal Aspects; Property Maintenance; Human Resources; and Investment Management (3 full days in person)
