Membership Classifications |
| |
| General Members — Individuals, partnerships,
corporations or other legal entities who own, operate, manage, plan,
build and/or develop rental housing, condominiums, cooperatives and
other forms of multi-family properties in South Dakota. |

| Associate Members — Those who deal with apartment
owners and builders in allied fields such as architects, lenders, contractors,
material suppliers, etc. Associate members shall be entitled to all
the rights and privileges of a General Member except for the right
to vote, to hold elective office, to hold an interest in the property
of the Association or to use the term 4 "General Member". |

| Affiliate General Member — A member who is
an employee of a General Member and shall have the right to hold an
elective as well as appointive office and to vote in the course of
exercising the duties of such office. |

| Affiliate Associate Member — An employee of
an Associate Member and shall not have the right to vote, hold elective
office or to hold any interest in the property of the Association. |
