Associate Member
Accociate members are those who deal with apartment owners and builders in allied fields such as architects, lenders, contractors, material suppliers, etc. Associate members shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of a General Member except for the right to vote, to hold elective office, to hold an interest in the property of the Association or to use the term 4 "General Member".

Affiliate General Member
A member who is an employee of a General Member and shall have the right to hold an elective as well as appointive office and to vote in the course of exercising the duties of such office.
Annual Affiliate General Member Dues: $40 per year
Affiliate Associate Member
An employee of an Associate Member and shall not have the right to vote, hold elective office or to hold any interest in the property of the Association.
Annual Affiliate Associate Member Dues: $40 per year
