Before opening her own company Trisha spent several years handling the day to day operations as a Property Manager. Over the years she has managed all types of dwellings including: Multi-family complexes, Tax credit housing, Subsidized housing, Single-family homes, and more. She has served as the president of SDMHA before and is happy to serve again.

Amy Miller is the owner of Charisma Property Management, Inc., a Sioux Falls based Property Management Company that serves residents in the Sioux Falls and surrounding areas. She has over 8 years of experience in the industry and enjoys the day-to-day interaction with her staff, owners and residents. Amy manages a diverse portfolio of properties, from income based to conventional and commercial. She also specializes in helping properties with compliance issues. Amy has been involved in various organizations over the years. Amy and her husband Charles live in Tea and have two children McKenzie, 15 and Samuel, 11.

Corina Bittner is the Receivable/Compliance Specialist for Costello Property Management. Since 1998 she as acquired many industry-related designations including Occupancy Specialist (HUD), S.T.A.R. (USDA Rural Development), and Continuing Certified Credit Compliance Professional (Tax Credit). She has held many titles with the company including Regional Manager, Site Manager, Subsidy Specialist and others. She is the proud mother of a brilliant and beautiful teen; together they are active in their church and enjoy books, movies, and public theater. Corina has served on the SDMHA board since 2008 in various capacities.

Sheri Olson joined the Dunham Company team in July 2001. Today, she is a Residential Property Manager and oversees all of our Tax Credit Properties, Lofts, and Home Owner Associations. Sheri is a licensed Property Manager in the State of South Dakota as well as a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Sioux Falls Multi-Housing Association. She has grown up and worked in the Sioux Falls area her entire life. Client care is Sheri’s strongest point.
Rodney Fitts, Past President

Rod Fitts is currently President of Rod’s Property Management in which he owns & manages several multi-family properties in Sioux Falls, SD. Rod graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he majored in Marketing & Accounting. He spent fifteen years with major agricultural companies such as Farmland Industries and Purina Mills. His various positions included Sales, Marketing Manager, Sales Management and he led several special projects involving mergers and acquisitions. Rod left the Ag industry in 1998 to pursue other interests which included teaching and professionally recruiting financial executives for various corporations. In 1998, Rod purchased his first rental property in Sioux Falls. Today, he owns seven locations representing almost 200 apartment units.

Dawn has been married for 15 years to Nick Clausen. She is the mother of 3 school aged children (Tycho, Daphne, Paige). She has a BS in Accounting from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. She also has 20 years of property owning and managing experience. She has been employed by Leesch Real Estate & Rentals for 20+ years and Owner/Operator of Clausen Enterprises for 15+years. Dawn also volunteers for the General Auxiliary Advisory Board for the Twin city Shrine Hospital and the Sioux Falls Property Maintenance Board of Appeals.

Jerry is an 18-year employee for Karl’s TV & Appliance in Sioux Falls, SD where his responsibilities include sales and management of the Contract Sales Division. Jerry works with an experienced commercial sales staff and oversees the installation crews that service and install commercial projects in all of Karl’s eight-state market area. Jerry is licensed and registered as an appliance contractor through the South Dakota State Plumbing Commission and is responsible for safety training for the Contract Division Installation Crews. He is currently working on getting his LEED Green Associate Certification through the US Green Building Council.
Jerry is married to Lynn and has two step-daughters; Jamie Jacobsen and Sara England.

Gary Gaspar grew up on a farm near Colton, SD. He graduated from O’Gorman H.S. in 1977, and then graduated from Dakota State College in 1984. He has a wife, Cynthia, and 2 boys. One is a Freshman in College, and the other is a Sophomore at O’Gorman HS. Gary's hobbies include horse back riding, tennis, and bicycling. For the past 12 years he was a Boy Scout Leader, and his boys both became Eagle Scouts from Troop 48 in Sioux Falls. I own Farm Ground and an Apartment building which I have managed since the 1980’s.

Mandi Zigmond is the Property Manager of Taylors Place Apartments. She has been active in the property management industry for over 10 years. She has experience in managing multiple small properties to one large property. She is involved in the leasing, scheduling and budgeting for her property. In addition to her property management duties, she enjoys being active in her son’s sports (especially baseball!); also loves riding bicycle and Harley Davidson. She lives in Sioux Falls with her boyfriend Ray, son Michael and dogs Joey & Scrapps.
